• Project briefs, materials, and content you provide for your project
• Billing information (processed by Stripe — see Section 4)

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Vercel) and we may collect:

• Your IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent on the site
• Referring website

This information is used in aggregate to understand site usage and improve performance. It is not used to identify you personally.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and quote requests
• Deliver the design services you've ordered
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Communicate with you about your project (concept reviews, revisions, delivery)
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, delivery notifications)
• Improve our services and website performance
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not send marketing or promotional emails unless you have explicitly opted in.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of third parties, and only as necessary:

• Payment processor: Stripe, Inc. processes all card payments on our behalf. Stripe receives your card details directly — we never see or store full card numbers.
• Email provider: We use a standard email service (e.g., Google Workspace) to send and receive project communications.
• Hosting provider: Vercel hosts our website and may have access to standard server logs.
• Legal authorities: If required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

4. Payment information

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Card numbers, expiry dates, and CVCs are entered directly into Stripe's secure forms and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We receive only the last four digits of the card and the transaction confirmation.

5. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses minimal cookies — only what's necessary for site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will update this policy and provide a consent banner.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

7. Data retention

We keep project-related information (briefs, files, communications) for up to 3 years after project completion, in case you need re-delivery or follow-up support. Billing and tax records are kept for 7 years to comply with US tax law. Inactive inquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted within 12 months.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our internal systems, and trusted third-party services (Stripe, Vercel, Google Workspace) for sensitive operations. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to safeguard your data.

9. International transfers

Onemart Media Solutions is based in the United States. If you are visiting our site or contracting our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using our services, you consent to this transfer.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, we'll email existing clients and notify visitors via a banner on the site.
